Longhaul Summer Reunion 2024

OFF WE GO AGAIN!

As we've said before, Rory and I have had many-a-chat over the future  of our 'Legacy' reunions and, as far as our particular parts in them  are concerned, the proof's going to be in the attendance for this one.

So here we go.

'SPEEDBIRD 11'

THURSDAY, JUNE 6th ... 1600hrs ... SANDFORD SPRINGS HOTEL & GOLF RESORT,

Kingsclere, Hampshire, RG26 5RT.

You can make this a whole (or two) day trip by playing golf in the morning (an extra £40 p.p.), then joining the rest of our little animals for a 1600 start for 'Speedbird 11'.

This part of the day involves a Stevie Ault 'Son et Lumiere' (his famous 'nostalgia' slide-show) above  your heads while you get stuck into the cocktails.

This is followed by an 1800 serving of a two-course buffet and tea/coffee.

£32 p.p.

Extra information:  If you don't take a room at the on-site hotel (including a buffet breakfast next morning),  there is other accommodation in the immediate vicinity at The George  and Horn, The Bel and The Dragon & The George and Dragon (...and they didn't even know you girls were coming!   xxxx )...

If you do need to go further afield - i.e Newbury or Basingstoke,  we can provide transport after the reunion to the stations in either  town, bookable in advance.
